CTS POS
We developed world-class hybrid applications that run seamlessly across a variety of platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, and macOS. For UI/UX design, we utilised Figma prototyping to create a user-centric interface, building the app around these designs.
To ensure high performance and responsiveness, we employed modern technologies such as Flutter for the mobile application. On the backend, we implemented PHP Laravel, delivering a robust and seamless solution.
This project features a Point of Sale (POS) system, where customers visit the store, similar to a supermarket, and select single or multiple products. They then proceed to the cashier, where the product barcodes are scanned to display the price and quantity, which can be adjusted as needed. Discounts and taxes are automatically applied through our CTS POS system. The system supports both shipping and in-store purchases. Payments can be made via Air Pay, cash on delivery, card, cheque, or email.
Key Obstacles
During the development of the modern hybrid application for CTS POS, we encountered several challenges that needed to be addressed for a seamless user experience:

Screen Optimisation Issues:
Various issues, including screen optimisation and resolution problems, arose when deploying the hybrid application across multiple platforms. Ensuring consistency and clarity across different devices required extensive testing and fine-tuning.
Lost Internet Connection:
Patrons faced significant difficulties due to slow or lost internet connectivity while processing transactions or interacting with the application online. This impacted the overall user experience, requiring robust solutions to manage intermittent connectivity.
Touch Keypad Screen Issue:
Users encountered difficulties with the touch keypad screen, which occupied valuable space on the interface. Adjustments were needed to improve usability and make the application more intuitive for customers, ensuring a smoother interaction.
Solutions
As CTS POS is a hybrid-based application, it required dynamic space allocation to ensure optimal performance across multiple platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, and macOS. To address the challenges of slow internet connectivity, we implemented an offline mode that allows data to be loaded seamlessly using backend data synchronised with the app, ensuring a smooth user experience even when the internet connection is unstable.
For concerns like the touch keypad screen issue, we developed a customised customer keypad that effectively tracks input, optimising the interface for ease of use and enhancing overall user interaction.
Result
Our clients have expressed high levels of satisfaction with our CTS POS, with many choosing it over their previous systems. The robust features, user-friendly interface, and streamlined design facilitated a smooth transition, all underpinned by a customer-centric approach.
The key reason for switching to our POS system was its ability to offer greater discounts and more efficient tax reductions compared to other POS solutions available in the market.
