CTS HUB

CTS Hub offers a top-notch web and e-commerce platform, seamlessly integrated with mobile apps and POS, delivering a highly functional and user-friendly experience.

The backend is built on Laravel, the web application employs React, and the mobile app is powered by Flutter, ensuring scalability and reliability.

In CTS Hub, customers can place orders either in-store or via the e-commerce website. In-store orders are managed with comprehensive inventory, sales, and purchase management systems, enabling suppliers to track stock quantities and maintain accounts efficiently. The e-commerce site presents store items, offering the option for both online and offline purchases.

Key Obstacles

Capecom encountered several challenges during the development of the CTS Hub application:

Old Data Replacement:

The team faced numerous difficulties when dealing with outdated backend data, which needed to be updated to maintain accurate and consistent functionality.

Data Centralisation:

Integrating data from the POS, applications, store, and website posed significant challenges, particularly in centralising and streamlining access to this data across all platforms.

Default Tags Order:

The default tag order had to be restructured to align with customer-specific and product-based criteria, requiring a comprehensive revamp of the system's tag structure.

Solutions

To address the issue of old data, Capecom's developers worked closely with the client to obtain the most accurate data in Excel format, then updated it in the database, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

For data centralisation, the team implemented shared functionalities, adding common code across all platforms, including the app, POS, website, and store, to streamline the entire process.

The tag order issue was resolved by a thorough code revamp, transforming the default system to be customer-based and product-based, offering a more tailored approach.

Result

By addressing the challenges of old data replacement, data centralisation, and default tag order, Capecom successfully met the client's expectations. The developers ensured that the system was streamlined for easier access to data and more organised workflows.
